Web 2.0 Asia :: Wetoku is Interview 2.0

I found this on the Web 2.0 Asia blog this morning: wetoku (Konglish. Korean-English, for "we talk").

Since I might start doing interviews again pretty soon, this would be a great way to do it. I wonder if you can also use it to record multiple users and also set it up to record podcasts? (I guess if it records sound, if you edit it, why not?) I have to try this one.

  1. Hi Regina, thanks for mentioning Wetoku in your blog. Right now, Wetoku is designed for one thing only: recording videochat interviews with one interviewer + one interviewee.

We're adding more features all the time... I'll keep you up to date as we grow.

In the meantime, I hope you'll find Wetoku useful for your interviews!

    Cheers,
    Dave

  2. No problem re blogging about it. I just like to keep up on what's going on Korea even though I'm gone, and tech is one area to watch in Korea.

I think this is a great idea!

I'll keep watching how wetoku develops!

  3. Hi Regina,

Remember me? - the bartender of Flickr in Seoul community. We met once at a party in Wolfhound with Flickr people.

Dave told me about your blog entry about Wetoku, as soon as I opened the link, I was able to tell "oh! I know this person!" Anyhow, I work in Wetoku team and I worked on the design.

Hope that all is well with you.

  4. Hey there lady!

Yes, I remember you. I still remember the really great business cards that you had too ;)

Things are good. I'm back in the States and searching for work, but I'm not alone in that respect. I hope all is well with you too! Wekotu sounds really exciting, so I'm glad to hear that you're part of it.

Hey there! Thanks for visiting my blog. It's my first blog, and I'm glad folks are still stopping by even though I'm no longer living in South Korea. Feel free to comment. If you want a personal answer, leave your email, and I won't publish the comment. Nasty comments and spam links will not be tolerated.
