Baseball card bubble gum was always hard to chew and broke up at first like candy. Though in truth, when I was younger, I still looked forward to getting a pack of cards for the gum, while my older brother got the cards. How stubborn was I not to ask for a pack of bubble gum instead. Then again I've been stubborn pretty much most of my life.

ReplyDeleteYou see, for me, the gum isn't really the thing. I chew, chew, chew until the sweetness is gone and then I toss it away. However, being diabetic, chewing it at all is a bad idea.
Now I just do the same with the sugar-free type ;-)
