Go Bruins! Ahahahahahahaha!

In the annual UCLA v. USC game, my team finally took it! (It's been seven years.)

UCLA - 13, Number 2 ranked USC (boo hiss) - 9!

Go Bruins!

  1. Haha, congratulations! I just watched TV the last moment when UCLA defeated USC. I was pretty happy about that because I am rooting for gators. Gators won against Arkansas today. We got more chances to go up to the national championship, thanks to UCLA's good job!
Anyway, I enjoy reading your blogs.

  2. Well, thanks for your comment. I pretty much didn't expect any comments on my spiteful college football happiness ;-)

The Bruins are locked into the WhateverTheHell it is Bowl against Florida State. At least that game will be in my second hometown, San Francisco.

I'm just mean, and I'm glad that we messed up things for people who were sure that USC had it locked down. It looks like the Gators have a better chance now. Good luck!

    Ahahahahahahaha.

  3. A sincere congratulations from a Trojan. I didn't have much hope for my alma mater in the beginning of the season with so much offensive talent drained away, so I'm just happy that the Trojans ended up in the top ten. I was always worried that John David Booty's passing arc tends to be too low, and that turned out to be the critical mistake in that last drive. Here's hoping that Dwayne Jarrett doesn't go for the NFL draft and my boy Emmanuel Moody gets healthy again during the offseason.

I'm also happy that Florida made it to the championship game. Michigan had their chance already, and a rematch would have been unfair to Ohio State.

  4. Thanks for your comment SKFK!

In all honesty, UCLA alumna or not, I can't deny that USC has an awesome team and that it has an awesome record. So, for what it's worth, thanks for giving us smart kids across town something to aspire to. I don't think the UCLA team has really been strong for a few years now. However, I don't profess to have in depth college football knowledge.

I'm in it for the tailgate parties and beer ;-) However, it is nice that we got a victory this time around.

I'm sure USC will definitely be out for blood next year.
