Why are they in pink and silver spandex space outfits? Why are they dancing around in various areas of Seoul (including one of my favorites, Myeongdong)?
Is it a Korean take on group performance art? I'm just not sure.

Ahaha, those are dancers for Seo Taiji and his boys! I never really liked the band, but they've been around for a while and have their famous moments. They were featured on SBS Music Festival around New Year's Eve, I think. The dancers are pretty funny to watch, and it looks like their little "hand thing" has caught on in Seoul

ReplyDeleteI know who he/they are. I was at Seo Taiji's big music ETP Festival this summer.
That was fun because I got to see Seo Taiji live. Also, I interviewed Death Cab for Cutie while I was there, had Marilyn Manson spray water at me, but also had a slice of pizza stolen from his Dominoes delivery. Payback for the water.
