Myeongdong - Holiday Lights at Shinsegae Dept. Store

Like I've written before. I love the Myeongdong area of Seoul. The main Shinsegae Department Store always puts up the same light display during the winter months. I just love it. It's very pretty.

After coffee and the sausage o' death I was walking to the bus stop to go home and decided to record some of it just so you can see a bit of Seoul how I see it.

Oh, in the first video that's me going "oop!" I was walking and a guy waved at me. I waved back and then stumbled. Yeah, I gots it like that ;)

The vids are real short, but it's a brief look at Seoul literally from my point of view. (BTW, I'm too lazy to edit, so I'm uploading straight from my camera.)

  1. It's beautiful! I remember last year one of the stores having Christmas trees with women's legs. It was definitely eye catching.

Hey, how did all your dental work go?

  2. The dental work plugged up the cavity but the main tooth he worked on is still temperature sensitive. The dentist's idea of fixing it was to start charging me for fluoride treatments which was b.s. because I started using fluoride rinse after the whole cavity flare up. I guess because Koreans don't have access to those products he assumed I didn't either.

I'll probably just tolerate it, go home and wait until I get dental insurance back home to take care of it. Thanks for asking.
